John Lombardi, President
John began his career in the playground business in 1980 as a sales consultant.
He established All Recreation in 1992. As owner, he has watched his company grow and
prosper in partnership with PlayWorld Systems.
John is very excited about the new Activo:
Chris Lombardi, Vice President
Chris joined the marketing department of All Recreation in 2004. Chris enjoyed his marketing position but was excited to take on the position of Finance Manager in 2005. Most recently Chris has been promoted to Vice President.
Bert Weltens, Recreational Specialist, CPSI
Bert has been with All Recreation for more than 8 years. He obtained his B.A. from Virginia Tech and began his career in the construction industry. As a sports enthusiast personally, Bert has long since been an advocate of play.

Eric White, Recreational Specialist, CPSI
Eric has been a Certified Playground Inspector since 2001. Eric has a Masters Degree in Sociology. For five years prior to coming to All Recreation, he worked as a Virginia State Licensing Inspector/Trainer licensing child care facilities. Eric draws his inspiration for play from his three young children.

Brian Talbot, Recreational Specialist CPSI
Brian has a vast knowledge of the no bid procurement process including GSA and HGAC. Over the last five years, he has done extensive work with the Mid-Atlantic Military. Brian specializes in all-inclusive playgrounds.

Jennifer Birge, Recreational Specialist
Jennifer Birge has been in the construction business for 15 years.
Jennifer’s interest in the playground industry started when friends of hers became playground distributors 10 years ago. Eventually her interest developed into a desire for a career change that lead her to becoming All Recreations sales representation for the state of Kentucky.
Jennifer stays very active with her husband and (3) young boys with sports programs, scouts, music lessons, camping and boating.

Mack Palmer, Senior Sales Assistant
Mack began his career with All Recreation in 1995 and provides a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field. He created and supervised All Recreation’s first installation crews. Mack has also worked in sales and is currently the Senior Sales Support staff member designing playgrounds and generating specialized proposals for the company.
Liz Marker, Sales Assistant
Liz has been with All Recreation for 6 years. With an expertise in many business applications, including AutoCAD, Liz, too, creates playground designs and generates professional quality proposals for All Recreation.
Christopher Goodspeed, Sales Manager
Christopher has been with All Recreation since 2007. He was previously a property manager, during which time he became very familiar with the playground business by being instrumental in the design, planning, purchasing and installation of PlayWorld Systems products in his communities
Kristina Moineau, Sales/ Marketing Director
Kristina joined All Recreation in 2005 as Marketing Director.
